Permissions:
Root: SetCPU need root permissions to change the CPU speed and other settings.
Start at boot: SetCPU profiles will start a service on boot, if enabled. It also establishes the default boot configuration, if enabled. SetCPU does not run in the background if the profiles are not enabled, and disabled after adjustments, if any, apply.
Wake lock: This prevents the phone from sleeping while stress testing and benchmarking.
Write external storage: SetCPU has to read and write to the SD card or internal storage to support profiles.
